My name is Jessica Pisacane, I live in Milford, CT. I am a wife and mom to 4 kids and 2 dogs and 1 cat. I have been a travel advisor with LBAC Travel for 10 years. My love for Disney and travel led me to my dream job with LBAC Travel. Before becoming a travel planner with LBAC Travel, I would plan all my family and friends’ vacations to Disney! My travel specialty is planning family and multi- generational vacations as well as romance travel.

I help plan family vacations to ALL Disney destinations, Universal-Orlando area vacations, All-inclusive Caribbean resorts, beach vacations, cruises, National Parks as well as European vacations. I say romance travel because so many of my clients are parents with children that want to plan an adult-only vacation, celebrate a milestone birthday, anniversary, or just get away from the kids. HAHA. My planning expertise ranges from staycations to International travel and everywhere in between.

I enjoy taking vacations with my family to Disney or All-Inclusive Resort. My favorite vacation so far has been with Adventures by Disney on a Danube River Cruise.

One thing that sets LBAC Travel apart is the personalized attention every client receives when we plan their dream vacations. There are no cookie-cutter- travel plans with us.  Two of the most frequent questions I am asked are: How do I get paid? and Why book with a travel planner?
I get paid through our suppliers. It costs my clients zero out-of-pocket expense and usually saves them money since I am able to work with multiple suppliers and find the best discounts available for my clients.

To name a few… Insider knowledge, unbiased information, travel protection, VIP connections, convenience, expert guidance every step of the way, and of course we help navigate and guide our clients with the new world of travel. We keep up to date with the latest travel policy’s & health/safety protocols. I attend travel seminars and various training to increase my knowledge and stay current.

The most important reason to use a travel planner like myself is that I care about every client I work with. No amount of data points can replace the personal connection a travel consultant can provide.  When I present options, they are not sorted based on add sponsorships or arbitrary algorithms, They are based on my recommendation for you. When a client asks me what the best resort in a particular destination, tell them there really is no one-size-fits-all answer. I pride myself on knowing my client's travel styles, preferences, and needs. It is so rewarding when I put my “matchmaking” skills to work and the “ultimate validation” comes when I hear from my clients, “This vacation would not have been possible without you.” or “We owe our best vacation memories all to you.”

My travel business is my dream come true. Travel is my passion and I absolutely love helping clients find the perfect vacation/destination for them. I do not “sell” travel, I help families make memories.
