Katie has always had a love of travel.  It started when she was a child and took road trips all over the United States with her family.  When she graduated high school, she joined the US Army for the opportunity to see more of the world.  While in the service Katie was able to live in Germany for a year and used much of that time to travel throughout Europe.  After her discharge from the military, Katie graduated college Summa Cum Laude and began teaching History which only increased her wanderlust. Katie’s family travels as much as possible. Favorite destinations are Disney World, cruising, Universal Orlando, St. Thomas, Jamaica, Mexico, Europe, and much more. She is always counting down to her next fun adventure.

In 2010 Katie decided to join the wonderful group of agents at LBAC Travel.   She is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge who loves to help create wonderful Disney vacations for her clients at all of the Disney Destinations. Disney planning was an easy fit for Katie due to her love of Disney. Katie has personally experienced many of the Disney products, including Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, RunDisney, and Adventures By Disney. Knowing the brand so well has helped her create a “trip of a lifetime” for her clients.   Katie continues to travel to Disney World and sails frequently on Disney Cruise Line.

Before long, Katie’s love of research and diverse client base had her branching out from Disney Destinations to working on travel all over the world.  She works with many honeymoon couples on all-inclusive, cruise, and resort vacations. She is a Certified Sandals and Beaches Specialist and loves to personally visit their properties so that she can help clients pick the best one for their needs. Katie has also planned fantastic Caribbean Destination Weddings for couples looking for an exotic location. Katie has helped many multi-generational families plan wonderful family reunions at resorts and on cruises.  She also works with running groups for girl’s getaway weekends.
