Universal Orlando consists of two theme parks (Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure), CityWalk (a night-time entertainment complex with restaurants, entertainment and shopping) and five Hotels (Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort) with a sixth hotel, Aventura slated to open in the summer of 2018 as well the new water park, Volcano Bay, opening in the summer of 2017.


Universal Studios Florida is composed of themed areas and attractions based on the film industry. Here an amazing array of rides, shows and attractions make YOU the star, putting you right in your favorite scenes from your favorite movies and TV shows. The park consists of eight themed areas – Production Central, New York, San Francisco, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley, World Expo, Woody Woodpecker's Kidzone, Hollywood & Park Wide Entertainment. Some of the exciting attractions here are Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, Krustyland on The Simpsons Ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Shrek 4-D, Men in Black Alien Attack ride & Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster where you pick your own music for the ride!!
Universal’s Islands of Adventure is composed of seven distinct "islands" that are themed to various forms of adventures - Port of Entry, Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, Jurassic Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmede, The Lost Continent and Seuss Landing. At Islands of Adventure some of the rides & attractions you’ll experience are Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, Jurassic Park River Adventure, The Eighth Voyage of Sindbad stunt show, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls flume ride, The Cat in the Hat & The Incredible Hulk Coaster!


Volcano Bay, the new water theme park will be opening the summer of 2017. The park will consist of four areas – The Volcano, Wave Village, River Village & Rainforest Village. At the heart of the island stands Krakatau, the mighty Fire and Water Volcano. Towering 200 feet above the tropical landscape, Krakatau streams waterfalls during the day and fiery lava effects at night. Rides include the Krakatau Aqua Coaster, Ko’okiri Body Plunge, Kala & Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides & Punga Racers. The villages include Waturi Beach, the twisting, turning, multi-person slides of Honu ika Moana, Tot Tiki Reef & Runamukka Reef, Kopiko Wai Winding River, Ohyah & Ohno Drop Slides, Maku Puihi Raft Rides, TeAwa The Fearless River and Taniwha Tubes.
Universal CityWalk is in the center of it all between the two theme parks. CityWalk features shopping, nightclubs, dining venues, an AMC Cineplex 20 with IMAX and a Blue Man Group show. There are many night clubs at CityWalk including the groove, CityWalks's Rising Star (a karaoke club with a live band), Red Coconut Club, Bob Marley-A Tribute to Freedom (both a night club and restaurant), The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Emeril's and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Casual dining includes Moe's Southwest Grill, Burger King Whopper Bar, Panda Express, Red Oven Pizza Bakery and Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar.


Universal Orlando also offers special events throughout the year including A celebration of Harry Potter, Mardi Gras, Rock the Universe (Florida’s biggest Christian music festival), Halloween Horror Nights, The Macy’s Holiday Parade, Grinchmas & Eve, a New Year’s Eve celebration! Loews Portofino Bay Hotel - This luxurious hotel re-creates the charm and romance of the famed seaside village of Portofino, Italy, right down to the cobblestone streets and outdoor cafes.

Hard Rock Hotel - It features a white sand beach pool, rock n’ roll memorabilia, and restaurants including the Palm Restaurant and The Kitchen. The hotel offers Kid Suites, a fitness center and some conference space.
Loews Royal Pacific Resort - The Royal Pacific has a large lagoon style pool, a fitness center, a conference and business center, and several restaurants and also offers a white sand beach and a luau, occurring select nights of the week.
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort - Cabana Bay Beach Resort features a "hip, vintage look" and offers rooms for guests, made up of suite style rooms that sleep 6 and traditional style rooms that sleep 4.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort - Loews Sapphire Falls Resort opened July 2016. It features 1,000 rooms, including 77 suites. It is a full service resort with amenities including a full-service restaurant that include scenic views and outdoor dining, a Caribbean-themed lobby lounge, poolside bar and grill, quick-service marketplace, valet service and a fitness center.
Aventura Hotel – coming summer of 2018. The hotel will be 16 stories tall, with 18-foot windows. It will feature a rooftop bar as well as a casual food hall with five cuisine options.
